Up to GBP28,000 per annum + out-of-hours payment

Location - Leatherhead and surrounding towns

You will be tasked with the delivery of excellence and empathy in every aspect of service delivery. Your leadership will be the cornerstone of providing a supportive and nurturing environment for both staff and service users.
Your expertise in navigating the complexities of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards will be invaluable. A clear understanding of these regulations will be essential in maintaining the highest level of care and ensuring compliance. Your previous experience in a similar role within the care sector will have equipped you with the skills to face challenges head-on, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
