Care Support Worker Female

Essential Criteria Requirements:

- Female caregiver for personal care

- Non-smoker to ensure optimal health

- Experienced Driver with Full Clean Valid UK Driving License for local and motorway travel.

- Good Working Flexibility , including days, waking nights, weekends and trips away.

- Ability to do 12 hour shifts

- Excellent Communication skills

- Strong IT skills

The Role:

As my personal assistant you will support with all aspects of daily living to enable me to live a vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle.

I enjoy hitting the gym, exercise classes, yoga, creative writing, aromatherapy, massages, dining at restaurants, or having retail therapy with shopping sprees, you'll be by my side, providing unwavering support. I enjoy keeping busy and everyday is different and varied.

My Support Worker will also provide clinical care including tracheostomy care, skin care, eye care , emotional and mental health support, admin duties, domestic duties and the ability to use your own initiative to get tasks done where needed.

Responsibilities Include:

- To provide Comprehensive support for clinical, nursing care, social, admin and domestic needs

- Effective communication for patient advocacy and liaison with professional

- Interpersonal skills

- Adaptability to changing circumstances and flexibility in shift coverage

- Strong IT skills to streamline daily tasks and ensure efficient operations

- Emotional support for mental health

- Organization skills and ability to work under pressure

- Ability to cook foods from scratch preparing freshly prepared meals.

This role may be suited to candidates who may wish to switch from being a paramedic, healthcare assistant where they can provide more one to one personalized care. It may also be suitable for those who wish to change from nursing path or care home setting.

All training will be provided but candidates must possess basic transferable skills as this is an high responsibility role.
