Our Staff
At Personalized Care, our care assistants have a varied role that ranges from providing companionship and going on days out with clients through to helping with personal care and housekeeping.
Our expanding care team consists of staff from a varied background, we have mountain bikers, teachers, chefs, movie buffs, musicians, driving instructors and every other variety of people. We have family people, single people, like-minded people, happy people working full or part time.
There are a variety of shift patterns available to you, whether you want to work mornings & lunches (7am - 2pm) or Tea's & Beds (3pm- 10pm) or weekends, we’ve got something to suit you and your lifestyle.
Your role will include·
- Providing companionship
- Helping with personal care
- Helping with mobility around the home
- Overseeing medication and providing medical support
- Preparing and cooking meals
- Helping with housework such as cleaning and vacuuming

We are looking for someone who:

- QCF or NVQ 2/3 in Care, or another relevant field is desirable although not essential as full training will be provided
