Due to expansion our client has a new role for a Fabric Engineer to join the team to cover the Durham area.
The Job:
- 1st & 2nd Fix Carpentry - Hanging Doors, Skirting, Architrave, Flooring
- Basic Plumbing - tap, toilet, basin changes, fault finding
- Small Tiling Repairs
- Sealing/Silicone
- Snagging Works
- Small Patch Plastering
- Logging works via PDA
- Liaising with customers, clients, and staff

Candidate Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Carpentry Bias
- NVQ Level 2/ 3
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
