Responsibilities
• Contact fraud victims to assess the risks they are facing and discuss their support needs• Provide individual, tailored support for victims of fraud, particularly those affected by relationship/romance fraud• Set up and deliver online and in-person group peer support work• Work in partnership with police, local authorities, and other key stakeholders to ensure access to services• Support victims to ensure their voices are heard in and beyond the criminal justice system
Requirements
• Enthusiastic and motivated person• Ability to deliver an effective and innovative service• Passion and determination to transform the lives of fraud victims• Live in Kent or close to its borders• Frequent travel within the county• Home-based role• Full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time (22.5 hours per week)• Availability for regular travel throughout the Kent area
