Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team during a significant period of transformation, overseeing the meticulous reconciliation and control of all Cash and Banking operations within the business unit.
- Lead improvements to end-to-end reconciliation processes and fortify the control environment, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, proactively refining processes, procedures, and championing best practices.
- Act promptly and accurately to resolve queries from senior leaders, delivering insightful reports on key trends and escalating issues as required.
- Contribute actively to established timelines and collaborate towards achieving cash optimisation targets, aligning with the vision set by senior business leaders.
- Provide instrumental support for both internal and external audits, ensuring a seamless and successful process.
- Business partner with senior leaders spanning different business areas.
Requirements:
- Hold a qualification in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in effectively managing teams.
- Exhibit strong proficiency in balance sheet reconciliation.
