Salary**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency. **Duties:** - Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions - Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate - Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information - Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area - Keep reports of transactions - Upsell products and promote special deals **Experience:** - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers - Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to upsell products to increase sales - Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus - Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone - Bilingual capabilities are advantageous - Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Join our team and enjoy competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth. Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.42-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 21 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
