SalaryWe require a Permanent Catering Managerto work for our clients in Oxford, Oxfordshire.
Our client is a prestigious college in the heart of Oxford City and they want the Catering Manager to provide the highest quality food & beverage service throughout the college!
Salary: £39,500 - £40,500 per annum - excellent benefits (see below)
Location: Oxford (Oxford City)
Hours: 37.5 hours across 7 days a week
Start date: ASAP
About the role:
As the Catering Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise a large & varied operation of catering events
- Multiple sites and outlets
- Cafes, Bar & Senior common including a magnificent dining hall that seats 300!
- Cater for students, staff, conference delegates and B&B guests
- Oversee daily operations, manage staff, bookings and SOP's
- Work with kitchen team to ensure seamless co-ordination between front & back of house
About you as the Catering Manager:
- Your management experience will be from a 4-5 star hotel, restaurant or equivalent
- You will have the highest professional standards
- A driving passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience
