We're currently recruiting a dedicated CCTV Security Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

As a CCTV Security Supervisor at Medirest, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the well-being of patients, visitors, and healthcare staff. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of vital duties, including:
- Security Oversight: Maintaining a strong security presence throughout the hospital to deter unauthorized access and ensure a safe environment.
- Access Control: Controlling and monitoring access to hospital premises, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the facility.
- Emergency Response: Responding promptly to security incidents, including medical emergencies and disturbances, and providing valuable support to hospital staff.
- Surveillance: Conducting regular patrols and monitoring security cameras to detect and prevent security breaches.
- Report Generation: Documenting security incidents, preparing reports, and collaborating with law enforcement when necessary.
To excel in this role, we are seeking individuals with:
- Previous CCTV Supervisory experience,
- Previous experience supervising frontline teams with a passion for patient care and safety
- Understanding of a range of routine work procedures and protocols
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Integrity and a commitment to upholding security standards
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform the duties of the role
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A dedication to providing a safe and secure environment for all
- Able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
- Confident working in a hospital environment and aware at times you will come in contact with patients that are particularly unwell or showing signs of distress.
