You will have 4 National 4's, or equivalent, in subjects relevant to working in a Modern Office.Responsibilities
You will ensure an effective and efficient administrative and clerical support for a communities centre.The Individual
You will have experience in a modern office, of Microsoft Office packages, cash handling and budgeting and supervising/training staff. Knowledge of change management is essential. You will be a team worker with the ability to multi task and take initiative, possess a calm disposition and excellent communication skills, both oral and written. You will be willing to keep up to date and undertake training as required.
