CHAIR OF AUDIT AND RISK ASSURANCE COMMITTEE (ARAC/01-24/01).
A fee of £334 per meeting will be paid for each meeting attended along with reasonable travelling expenses.
The role of the Audit and Risk Committee is to advise the Commissioner by reviewing the comprehensiveness and reliability of assurance on governance; risk management; the control environment and the integrity of financial statements and the annual report. The Chair of the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee will ensure that the Committee fulfils its responsibilities and duties as laid out in the ARAC Committee’s Terms of Reference.
