with the Business on the need for change and design solutions ensuring a clear business outcome, leveraging opportunities and managing challenges. The role holder will be involved throughout the full change lifecycle and are typically responsible for Requirements Management, Design, Change Management and Implementation Management and will focus on accelerating benefits and minimising risk and disruption during deployment. You will often lead workstreams or teams, managing Change Delivery Leaders, Business Testing Managers and Change Delivery Managers
Role Responsibilities:
• Manage or contribute to complex change initiatives with investment of between $500k and $2m
• Often lead one or more teams comprising between 2 and 10 people
• Work as an individual contributor as required
• Have some influence inside of the department with regards to how change is delivered within WPB UK
• Support capability uplift within the department aligned to the people strategy
Skills / Experience:
• Working with Disposal projects is a must
• Experience working with sales change lifecycle
• Experience working as a Change Analyst
• Experience of working change in delivery
• The ability to identify, document and manage change requirements
• The ability to manage a team of change delivery practioners
• Understanding of the change lifecycle
• Understanding of retail financial service industry
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring buy in and engagement
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
