You will have demonstrable strength in communicating with a variety of Stakeholders at all levels , along with excellent faciltation capability, showcasing excellent organisational, interpretational and collaborational skill to effectively manage and deliver complex strategy and process change projects.
ME Recruits is working with a specialist financial solutions provider to recruit an experienced, adept communicator and project management professional to drive positive and impactful transformation and optimisation in their Operations division.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build relationships, map key stakeholders, and ensure their active involvement.
Change Communication:
Develop clear communication plans to convey the purpose and benefits of changes.
Implementation Planning:
Address resistance, provide support, and celebrate milestones for successful changes.
Change Management:
Lead and oversee effective change implementation aligned with business objectives
Package:
£34,000 per annum
Private Health Care, 4% Pension contributions, 25 days holiday, Death in service, Discounted gym membership, social events, Dress-down Fridays, Hybrid working after probation (1 day WFH)
