Job description

This role is ideal for a People Change Manager who is adept at managing change within the Human Resources department in the Transport & Distribution industry with specific experience working with Unions. The role requires a motivated individual, who is comfortable working as part of a team and independently.

Description

  • Drive change initiatives within the Human Resources department.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies.
  • To build and develop a relationship with the Union to support with any enquires that may arise.
  • Facilitate training and workshops to support change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.
  • Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
  • Foster a positive environment that supports change.
  • Promote continuous improvement within the team.

Profile

A successful People Change Manager should have:

  • A strong background in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in managing change initiatives, specifically with culture change and employer experience
  • Previous experience working within Unions is essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • CIPD qualified

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum.
  • Flexible working hours or working from home 1 day per week
  • 6 month contract
