Description
- Drive change initiatives within the Human Resources department.
- Develop and implement change management strategies.
- To build and develop a relationship with the Union to support with any enquires that may arise.
- Facilitate training and workshops to support change initiatives.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.
- Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
- Foster a positive environment that supports change.
- Promote continuous improvement within the team.
Profile
A successful People Change Manager should have:
- A strong background in Human Resources.
- Proven experience in managing change initiatives, specifically with culture change and employer experience
- Previous experience working within Unions is essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- CIPD qualified
Job Offer
- A competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum.
- Flexible working hours or working from home 1 day per week
- 6 month contract
