Change Manager

a Change Manager, who can co-ordinate all activities as part of change.
* Organising and chairing drum beat calls to discuss new and ongoing Change requests
* Ensure the customer and internal stakeholder comms/emails are dealt with in a timely manner
* Provide metrics on performance of change
* Provide metrics on resource utilisation of the Change team
* Escalations
* Working closely with IUS Management Team
* Understand the change process
* Manage the throughput of Changes to ensure contractual timescales are met
* Ensure Change inputs have the required detail prior to obtaining approval to release to the customer
* Organising F2F meeting with the Customer
* Managing the Change team mailbox
* Keep all internal stakeholders regularly updated
* Access will be through VDI (RESTRICTED systems)
* Must be SC cleared as minimum
* Location Bristol
