Job Description
- Service Strategy: Managing IT Demand Management and portfolio prioritisation processes.
- Service Design: Overseeing the IT Service Design process.
- Service Transition: Managing resources for IT changes and projects, ensuring prioritisation, and overseeing the transition of new IT services into IT operations.
- Service Operation: Ensuring the change management process is maintained and communicated to stakeholders.
- Continual Service Improvement: Introducing and maturing processes to enhance IT change and demand management.
- Management Reporting: Establishing management reporting of IT Change progress to committees.
- Audit and Assurance: Handling evidence and responses to internal and external audits.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in delivering IT change.
- 5 years + of experience in IT in financial services.
- ITIL V3 intermediate certification.
