Change & Readiness Lead - Insurance - Outside Ir35

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Change & Readiness Lead to join a Global Insurer on an initial 6 month Outside IR35 contract. You must be a readiness expert for this role.

The roleholder will be responsible for advocating and promoting best practices in organizational change management and offer expert advice and guidance to team members and the wider project/change community. You will ensure that all parties affected by the change are prepared and willing to embrace new ways of working and technology. The roleholder will oversee the implementation of a dedicated approach to people and organizational change, providing the necessary support and resources for a successful transition.

Key experience required:

? Leading and implementing organisational change
? Working to defined standards and within defined timescales
? Readiness expert
? Working with stakeholders beyond immediate team/vicinity (including third parties) to develop strong partner relationships
? Working with change delivery teams across different geographies and trading entities
