Job Details
Location: Westgate, London or Europe (France, Spain, Portugal).
Reports to: Global Product Strategy & Customer Experience Director
The Product Global Market Readiness Lead is a central role in the leading the implementation and adoption of our product and solutions. Establishing a standard process blueprint for implementation with consistency globally & enabling the successful roll out across each of the regional markets. This will start with a focus initially on readiness for our data & reporting delivery platform, MyWorldpanel, across markets. The ideal candidate has experience leading change, a strong client & user orientated focus, along with the capability to work effectively as part of a cross functional, local and global team.

Key Outcomes
  • Deliver a blueprint for Product Market Readiness, inclusive of guidelines/frameworks within a playbook for regions to base their local implementation plans on covering: data set up, in platform reporting content set up, internal & client training, client rollout strategy, management of client transition though to product adoption.
  • Establish metrics for measuring progress on global rollout and be responsible for a dashboard for collecting metrics for regular reporting to global, regional and market partners.
  • Ensuring joint ownership with regions/markets of the Product roll-out strategy & plans with Product, Operations and Technology with aligned outcomes, objectives and metrics, with the ability to hold cross-functional partners accountable.
  • To ensure that the “voice of the customer” is at the heart of the process through the transition to MyWorldpanel & wider Product Implementation, representing feedback and satisfaction, partnering with Product managers on defining and measuring client success criteria.
  • Build and validate through live execution, an implementation guide for regions for the progression of platform roll out across other markets in 2025, that enables effective implementation and consistency of client experience.
Key Capabilities:
  • Experience in leading platform transition / implementation projects (across different geographies and departments) involving hands on implementation, with ability to engage and partner with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver.
  • Collaborative approach, strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Capability to lead and inspire change & transition, with a continuous improvement and outcome-driven mentality.
  • Business-level proficiency in English, any other European language beneficial.
  • Knowledge of data, analytics and data delivery platforms & associated client user needs beneficial.
  • Highly organised, strong prioritisation skills with results orientation
  • Flexible and adaptable to thrive in this complex and dynamic environment.
