iae GLOBAL is an international education recruitment and management company for UK and other international higher and further education institutions. As an education management company and agency, iae GLOBAL has developed counselling services for International Students to be supported when they consider entering and progressing to UK, AUS, Europe, Canada, and other education institutions in a range of courses through a partnership with several international universities and colleges.
Key Responsibilities:
The position includes but is not limited to:
- This role focuses on sales advisor part by leading, developing and growing iae GLOBAL London office student numbers, mainly focusing on recruiting and consulting South Asian students (India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh).
- In accordance with the work standards and service procedures stipulated by the company and the project, provide clients with consulting services for studying abroad and education planning;
- Understand the relevant background of the client's application for studying abroad, provide the clients with necessary information about studying abroad, and design a feasible plan for studying abroad;
- Cooperate with consultants to complete the preparation of copywriting materials and application procedure;
- Maintain the relationship with clients and actively follow up with potential clients;
- Actively participate in project promotion and marketing activities arranged by the company;
- Build effective working relationships with staff from other iae oversea offices to foster a productive relationship in order to generate and grow the sales
- Collate, analyze and review own weekly and monthly sales activities and performance and present to the Sale Manager accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing and frequent analysis and recommendations on all aspects of the market of responsibility which will have a short and long-term impact on Student Recruitment for the business
- Attend external events (fam trips, University visits, subagents, and students) as necessary
- Aftercare service– Communicate with students on email, phone and other social media
- Maintain accurate ledger and computer records of students counselled and applications
Skills and Experiences:
· Ideal candidate must be confident and fluent in communicating in a South Asian language (Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Punjabi,.....)
· Excellent command of spoken and written English
· Previous experience in this role or in the education consulting industry is a plus
· Ability to work under pressure on their own or as a team.
· Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
· An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public.
· Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.
· IT office skills (Microsoft Office)
· Ideal candidate needs to be located in London or able to commute to London every working day.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Salary: Starting from £23,000 per year (for full-time) depending on previous experience
- Based on the annual performance review, employee has opportunity to obtain the Skilled Worker Visa on high-performing results.
