The role will have strategic and operational oversight and frontline supervision of a team of Admission Team Leaders. You will facilitate and implement a market-oriented approach to delivering student recruitment objectives, ensuring that the marketing and recruitment function works within the overall University framework. You will also be the overall manager responsible for enrolment.
The Person
Key experience and skills required:
- Must be an experience admissions and enrolment professional with significant experience at Manager/Head of level.
- First degree or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Experience with SITS database and / or also other complex databases.
- Experience at a management level within a complex, high profile and time-bound administrative environment
- Experience of successful team leadership and of working effectively with staff at all levels across an organisation to achieve results.
- Excellent IT and data analysis skills including the ability to extract, analyse and interpret data; and proficiency in the use of Excel, Work and Outlook.
- Demonstrable knowledge of current sector and admissions in particular.

Recruitment and Admissions at Kingston University forms a large department within the Student Directorate encompassing recruitment and admissions across home, EU and overseas students.
It provides a strategic, operational and advisory service for the University on all aspects of recruitment and admissions. This includes course marketing, student recruitment, Student Admissions, website management and development, design & print, copywriting, editing as well as international development, visa and immigration advice, events and graduation services. Together we are committed to widening access and improving customer service across the entire applicant journey.

This is a full time, permanent position with a starting salary of £48,251 per annum.
