This post holder will provide supervison and suport that upskills staff and tests the three lens (clinical, trauma informed, strengths based see accompanying paper) approach in practice, based in the Complex Needs Team (CNT). They will work closely with: - A probation team (TBC) at St Catherines House to enhance knowledge and practice when working with mental distress and increase confidence in navigating MH support. - Staff at Harbour to enrich how this team works through support to adopt and embed the 3 lens model. - Support design, development and delivery of 3-lens model training. - Work strategically with Mental Health teams to improve navigation of Mental Health services/no wrong door provision for people and partners working in non-clinical organisations, based on experiences of staff and people using services. - Work with a peer researcher to co-produce development, implementation and evaluation of the model. - Work with evaluation colleagues to evaluate the impact of the model on staff and people they are working with. - Work with senior leaders to explore possible opportunities for sustainability and lead implementation. - Be an active member of the Changing Futures Team, attending CF meetings and events, and representing Changing Futures as appropriate.
