Jackson Hogg is delighted to support our global manufacturing client in their search for a Chartered Surveyor to join their Real Estate team. This is a remote position which will require weekly attendance at the Altrincham office as well as travelling to properties in the businesses portfolio across the UK.
The core function is to provide support to the Head of UK Real Estate, managing the property portfolio and in particular the key processes of lease renewals, rent reviews, property acquisitions and disposals, together with day-to-day management and strategic property advice.
The role
* Primarily support to Head of Estates in all daily operations.
* Daily involvement managing over 200 retail centres nationally as well as an additional 30 properties within the company portfolio.
* Involved with rent reviews and lease renewal processes.
* Stakeholder engagement with regional, store and division managers, H&S, and finance teams.
* Liaise and work alongside all areas of the business, decorating centres.
* Support acquisitions of new stores.
Disposal of surplus equipment.
Essential
* Educated to degree level.
* Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
* Post qualification experience within a multi-site estates management role.
