Chartered Valuations Surveyor- Key Duties:
- Producing accurate and high-quality valuation reports to our lenders and private clients
- Travel across London to conduct a range of valuations/surveys and occasionally come to the office for meetings
- Strong market knowledge and to keep up to date with market changes
- Observing RICS regulatory requirements and be aware of any changes, including Red Book related standards
- Understanding the companies’ policies and procedures specifically relating to Quality Assurance, Health & Safety
- Providing high levels of customer service to the client base
Chartered Valuations Surveyor- Person Profile:
- Extensive previous residential valuations surveying experience
- MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS qualified
- Proven track record in a surveying practice
- Passionate about delivering outstanding service
- Collaborative and keen to share residential surveying knowledge and experience
- Focused on personal improvement and bring new thinking and methods to the team
- Comfortable working remotely with travel across London for surveys
- Driving licence and own car
Package - Chartered Valuations Surveyor:
- Basic Salary £50-60,000
- A range of company benefits
- Monday - Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and Friday 9am - 5pm
- Remote working - some travel to office in SW London and across London for surveys
