Regional Residential Valuation Surveyor

CCO Group have been retained by an industry-leading bank in the UK to assist in their search for a Residential Valuation Surveyor to join their rapidly growing team. This role will mainly consist of valuation for Buy-To-Let properties including HMO’s, Modern blocks of flats, Houses with a value of up to £7m. The wider team consists of 27 people but have huge growth plans or the future and look to immediately recruit 3 additional valuers into the team. You will be responsible for managing the entire valuation process for multiple properties in your specific region.

This role is home based but you will be required to travel to our clients Head Office in the Midlands every 6 weeks for a team review. You will provided with a strong induction and training course as well as a clear progression route. TW, KT, SM and SW 13-15, 17-20.

What will you be doing?

our will be required to provide 2-3 reports a day (can do daily inspections, then home or can do all in one day and head home to write reports). They are template reports, not overly detailed redbook valuation reports so you will get through these in a timely fashion.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage region including valuation flow and panel input
• Comply with RICS regulations and all other requirements
• Keep up to date with local markets and technical developments affecting the role including Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO’s)
• Complete validations of panel surveyor valuation reports in respect of the region and maintain / develop panel surveyor relationships
• Provide Market Reports and such information that is requested to allow Group Strategy to be determined
• Undertake specific tasks that support other business lines including Development Finance and Due Diligence exercises
• 2-3 reports a day.(Can do daily inspections, then home or can do all in one day and head home to write reports)

What They Are Looking For?:

• Candidate must have a passion for Residential Valuation and specifically buy to let valuation
• Assoc RICS or MRICS – Ideally MRICS
• Up to date CPD
• Clean current driving licence
• Ability to manage a high volume of work
