We are looking for a professional Chef de Partie to join our team in Carriages to compliment our fine dining experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic chef who has a real passion and flare for food and takes the upmost pride in the food that is served to our customers.As a Chef de Partie, you will be:Setting up the kitchen prior to the restaurant opening.Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available.As food orders come into the kitchen start preparing the portions of the order in your section.Control and manage stock.Wrapping unuseditems andstoring them in proper areas at the end of the shift.Cleaning the kitchen before the restaurantcloses.Enforces strict health and hygiene standards.The ideal candidate will have/be:
