Chef de Partie

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

We are looking for an experienced (minimum 1 year in similar role) and ambitious CDP. The right candidate should have passion for food and showcasing great ingredients. This is a production based role, you will be producing a variety fresh pasta and bread daily. You will also be cooking delicious sauce and ragu's to a high standard and prepping fish and meat.

THE ROLE:

- Preparing and executing food, using excellent ingredients with a keen eye for detail

- Running a section alone and being prepared to learn a new section.

- Good knife skills

- You will follow company procedures and ensure consistency

- Follow and execute recipes to spec

- Uphold excellent H&S and food hygiene standards

- Other duties to ensure that the service runs smoothly

Salary: £13.46-£14.25 per hour
