Here at PRS we are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef De Partie to join our client in Canary Wharf, London
Our client is a large contract catering company and is looking for an experienced fine dining CDP to work with them on a full time basis with an asap start.
This fine dining kitchen has an amazing reputation for its highly rated food and all chefs in the brigade are passionate. Our client is looking for someone to fit in with the team socially and have a similar skillset.
This role is Monday to Friday and hours are usually 7am to 3/4pm each day.
As a Chef De Partie you will be:
• Preparing specific food items and meal components at your station.
• Following directions provided by the head chef.
• Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary.
• Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required.
• Collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service.
• Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station.
40 hours per week + overtime available
