We are excited to be recruiting for a Chef De Partie based at Southbank Centre Café.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook specific sections of the menu to high standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of commis chefs and other kitchen staff in their section.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to the recipes and presentation standards set by the head chef.
• Monitor stock levels and order ingredients for their section to maintain adequate supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in their section of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Handle any issues or complaints that arise in their section promptly and professionally.
