Overview:
We are seeking skilled Chef de Parties to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie and has a passion for culinary excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
Skills:
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
