Opportunity
Based in our CPU in Wimbledon, this is a chance to to join a passionate culinary team working alongside our executive chef planning and preparing menu items to be delivered out to our event teams weekly. You will be working across a diverse selection of seven food offerings.
Role Expectations
The ideal candidate will be used to a high volume of MEP and working to deadlines. They will be organised, practical and have a passion for delivering the highest standards of food prepration. They will have a keen eye for detail and understand and enforce our food safety and HACCP standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with ordering and kitchen organisation
- Efficiently manage deliveries, focusing on optimal storage and freshness.
- Daily food preparation
- Accurately execute recipes, ensuring precise measurement and portioning
- Adhere to daily/weekly/monthly kitchen cleanings schedule
- Conduct and record accurate stock takes
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a prep cook or Chef de Partie in a high-end establishment
- Level 2 certification in food safety
- Professional culinary training (preferred)
- A valid, clean driving license (preferred)
