The Chef de Partie will assist the senior Chefs in the preparation and service of food on their given section for multiple outlets, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

The PersonThe ideal Chef de Partie will have the following:Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen as a Chef de PartieExperience in banqueting would be beneficialA creative approach to seasonally changing menus and a busy multi outlet operationHigh standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn.True team spirit, enthusiasm and the right attitude will go a long way!
