SalaryWe at Jubilee are currently seeking a Chef De Partie to join this award-winning Organic Farm Shop.
They are open 7 days a week and if you are on a closing shift you will be finishing no later than 10pm most of the times, however, being able to work flexibly is vital.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with fresh produce, a commitment to culinary excellence, and the ability to support the Team in all aspects of kitchen operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Executing dishes per menu spec
- Deliver daily prep requirements.
- Ensuring your section is ready.
- Learning about products/production
- Health and safety
