Job Summary:
We are looking to employ a Full Time Chef de Partie within our company to work in one or both of our units, Duties will include supporting our head chef and our sous chef in the day to day running of the kitchens and complying with current health and safety regulations.
The Foxton Bar & Grill is a fast paced family friendly restaurant with a real emphasis on fresh home cooked food, so a knowledge and passion of fresh food would be an advantage.
Hugo's Bar & Pavillion is a busy bar and function venue specializing in smash burgers and handmade pizzas, so a knowledge of working with fresh dough would be great but not necessary.
The successful applicant will have at least 1 year experience in a similar role, or kitchen environment, be flexible, reliable, have a positive attitude and an ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own. Full training will be given.

Wage will be negotiated with successful applicants and depend on experience but will exceed the national minimum wage.
