Role: Production Assistant / Driver Location: Islington (Hybrid) Salary: £30,000 This multifaceted position includes a blend of responsibilities: from crafting signature drinks to managing customer order fulfillment through picking and packing, and even hitting the road with some delivery driving duties. As a Production Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production process, contributing to the creation of refreshing and healthy beverages. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of start-up business on an upward trajectory. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the production and packaging. Operating and maintaining production equipment. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Managing inventory and supplies to support production needs. Assisting with quality control procedures to uphold our high product standards. Providing support to the production team as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Passion for health, wellness, and sustainability.
