JDR Limited is a long-established, family business operating from offices in Nuneaton serving a wide range of customers across the UK and with a growing international business.
The company continues to grow strongly and new developments in the leisure and security sectors show great promise. As a result, the two directors need the support of an experienced, capable and mature PA.
The focus for the role will be to help the directors, one full-time and the other part-time, to use their time more effectively and facilitate the smooth running of the operation. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks touching all aspects of the business.
The role will suit someone with good organisational and communications skills and may appeal to someone seeking an interesting and rewarding job without the need to commit to a full-time position. Talking to customers, suppliers and service providers will be part of the role so a competent professional manner is essential.
Previous experience as a PA or in an office management role are essential. Some understanding of a manufacturing environment or past positions in the leisure or security industries would be desirable. In this growing business there are considerable opportunities for the right candidate to further develop their career.
Pay scale, working hours and holidays are all negotiable depending on the candidate.
There is the option for the successful candidate to work school hours allowing flexibility to take children to school and to collect them.
