Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Rugby (Hybrid 2/3 in office, with business travel)

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- To coordinate activities through the provision of comprehensive and confidential PA support, including diary and email management, travel management, and meeting planning, organisation, and material preparation.
- Global Travel Management - booking travel, transfers and hotels as required and support for visa and other required travel documentation.
- Proactively arrange the required regular meetings, produce agenda and accompanying material, attend meeting, produce actions and send out in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinate the effective business administration of travel, business expenses, company credit cards and other associated information including Purchase Orders
- Ensuring Compliance and other company policies including approvals are adhered to.
- Organisation and co-ordination of internal and external customer events; External Speaker events, liaising with third parties (Hotels, Audio Visual, Key speakers, gifts) to negotiate best price in line with budget.

- Previous PA experience supporting at an Executive/VP level
- Proven experience of travel booking and coordination
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
- Strong MS office skills, including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisation skills and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Confident relationship building skills and managing queries from all levels of seniority.
- May be required, on occasions, travel to other DSC sites as appropriate
- Good knowledge of technology - Smart phones, PC/laptop, tablets.
