Personal Assistant (PA) Part time GBP15.00- GBP16.50 per hour Temporary to permanentLeamington Spa SH Recruitment SH Recruitment are working with our customer based in Leamington Spa who are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to work closely with the Managing Director. We are looking for an individual who is a dedication professional who excels in organization, communication and problem solving. Hours of work:•Afternoons only- flexible with times but must be available to work Monday to Friday • 4 hours a day Key Responsibilities: • Handling confidential information on behalf of the Managing Director, including emails, phone calls and correspondence. • Prepare meetings agendas and take minutes • Generate Reports and findings • Typing correspondence on behalf of the Managing Directors • Managing the Directors Calendars, Scheduling appointments , meetings and travel arrangements when required. • Maintain confidentiality and sensitive information Person Specification: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently• Detail oriented • Proactive approach to problem solving• Previous Personal Assistant experience Apply:If you wish to apply for this position, please send you're CV and one of our team will be in touch to discuss your application furtherSH Recruitment is a market leading employment business working in the Automotive, Manufacturing and Engineering sectors.
