Recruiting: Chef of All Levels for City Centre Restaurant

We have three restaurants near the Royal Mile, Chop House, Monteith & Whitehorse Seafood & Oyster bar, who we are looking for new chefs to add to our established teams.

Experience in 5* Restaurants is preferable as is an eye for detail, the drive & ambition to improve the customer feedback & experience and food quality. Cooking from scratch experience only as we use the finest Scottish Ingredients to create satisfying flavour combinations to entice our customers back again & again.

We offer candidates excellent starting rates + TRONC and Cash gratuities. We also partner with Wagestream which lets you access your pay early if needed.
