Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the company’s financial planning
* Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
* Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team
* Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
* Supervise all finance personnel
* Responsible for subsidiaries with dotted line reporting
* Manage vendor relationships
* Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
* Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
* Develop and implement company financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
* Provide financial guidance and recommendations to the CEO.
* Participate in strategic planning processes to ensure financial considerations are integrated into decision -making
* Occasional travel within Europe
Requirements and skills
* Proven experience as CFO, or other senior finance role. Ideally within Manufacturing or Retail enviroment
* In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
* Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
* Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (SAP)
* Ability to strategize and solve problems
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and people skills
* An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
* CPA is a strong advantage
Qualifications:
* A Bachelor`s degree in finance , accounting or a related field
* Proven experience in a senior financial role management role
* Strong analytical strategic thinking and problem solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
Language skills:
* English is essential
* French optional
