Our client is a global organisation operating across the Engineering and Industrial Services sector. As a result of internal restructuring, an excellent senior opportunity exists for a Chief Financial Officer to join the business to oversee all financial activities.
The CFO will partner with the existing management team to optimise the financial strategy whilst ensuring adherence to internal control procedures and financial regulations. Working closely with the management team, you will assume direct responsibility for the entire finance function and its people, to support the achievement of all financial objectives. As Company Secretary, you will support the board of directors to ensure all Companies House requirements are met.
If you are a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACMA/ACCA) with a minimum of five years of experience in a senior financial leadership position, with extensive experience of managing a team, then this could be the role for you. An in-depth knowledge of internal control processes is key to this role, as is previous experience of dealing with overseas clients.
