The day rate is GBP700-GBP1000, and the initial contract is on a consultancy basis.

The Role
As a Part-Time/Fractional CFO, you will:
- Oversee the transition of outsourced finance functions to an in-house team.
- Drive strategic financial planning aligned with long-term goals.
- Provide insights into partnership incentives, pay structures, and financing strategies.
- Lead restructuring efforts to accommodate the in-house finance team.
- Set meeting structures, ensuring effective communication within the organization.
