SalaryWe have a fantastic new EA role supporting the CEO. The CEO has a strong online media presence and is looking for a tech and media-savvy EA to provide high-level support. This Investment firm is based in the West End in a lovely office, working alongside a collaborative team!
We are looking to find looking for an exceptional, highly capable and personable Executive Assistant with experience working in a fast paced financial services environment to provide dedicated support to the Chief Executive Officer and assistance to direct reports of the CEO as required.
If you have supported at C - Suite level in Investment banking that could work really well for this role!
Duties include
- Arranging and organising ever-changing schedules, both business and personal, intense diary management.
- Manage complex international and domestic travel arrangements, often with little advance notice
- Assist the CEO in the preparation of presentations, reports, proposals etc.
- Draft correspondence and responses on behalf of the CEO
- Maintain key documentation and records
- Social media maintenance and engagement Internet and intranet maintenance
- Assist senior team members as required.
- Collaborate and work cohesively with Group EAs
Skills and experience required
- Minimum of 5 years experience as EA to C-suite Executives Graduate degree, preferably in Business/Communications or related field Technical
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint
- Social media-savvy with an interest in marketing and communications
- Strong administrative and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated business acumen and organisational skills Accurate and attentive with the ability to anticipate and take the initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Personable and able to work well in a small company environment
