Chief Operating Officer

This new Foundation takes a holistic view on the impact of economic and environmental factors that combine to impact the lives and well-being of women and girls globally and is in the process of establishing a UK operation.
 
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will play a critical role in the overall strategic and operational leadership of the Foundation. This individual will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with the organisation’s mission and goals. The COO will work closely with the Founder and the senior team to drive organizational success and implement strategies that enhance the foundation's impact. 

Within the role you will cover strategy, leadership, operational management, finance, programme development/evaluation and stakeholder engagement. Experience of working in a family foundation context is essential, alongside a passion for the foundation's mission and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community they work within.
