I have just picked up a phenomenal role for a successful and extremely capable EA to hit the ground running supporting the COO of a hugely successful asset management firm. This is a meaty role with lots to get involved with alongside complex diary and travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and events. I am looking for someone charismatic with a great attitude, ideally with experience in financial services.

• Complex international diary and travel management
• Organising internal and external meetings
• Detailed itineraries

• Acting as an ambassador internally and externally
• Large and small scale events – internally and externally
• Project management and projects
