SalaryChief Operating Officer for a Russian Speaking Family Office in the West End.
We have a very exciting and rare opportunity for a Russian Speaking Family Office who are looking for a Chief Operating Officer. This Mayfair based client is looking for an all-rounder who can manage the families Real Estate/Property, lifestyle, HR and Policies along with a number of other responsibilities. This role is hugely varied and demanding, the family will pay generously for a candidate that meets their requirements.
Role: Chief Operating Officer
Duration: Full time
Start date: ASAP (will wait for notice period)
Salary: Up to £150,000 DOE
Working hours: 09:00- 18:00 (3 days in the office, 2 WFH), occasional travel and overtime, as and when required
Location: Mayfair
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Lifestyle Management; Yacht maintenance, private travel arrangements, asset sales, running properties
- Managing personal properties, renovation projects (both UK and abroad), overseeing contractors and budgets
- Business and person project support, philanthropic endeavors and initiatives
- Budgeting and working with finance team
- Managing contracts, reviewing budgets and expenses
- HR, IT and OM
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who have a proven-track record of supporting a HNW family. The successful candidate will have experience of working at a high level and have the ability to juggle multiple things at once.
- 6+ years within a similar Chief of Staff, Senior EA, Operations or COO role
- Experience within family office, hedge fund or boutique finance office
- Fluent or Native Russian and/or Georgian
- Background in project management, understanding of real estate
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- High numerical literacy and familiarity with financial reporting
