Job description

Do you have the experience and vision to shape the future of a scaling global firm? If so, we would be keen to discuss the role of Chief People Officer.

At Diaceutics we believe that every patient should have access to the right treatment at the right time. We provide the world’s leading pharma companies with an end-to-end solution for the launch of precision medicine diagnostics enabled by DXRX – The Diagnostic Network®.

At Diaceutics, we are on an exciting journey of growth and innovation. 2022 and 2023 were transformational years for us, which rapidly expanded our footprint and influence in the industry. Looking forward, Diaceutics will accelerate investment in our people, data and products, platform capability and operating model. We understand how integral the building of a strong company culture, talent acquisition, effective people strategies, and efficient administrative systems are in our scaling journey and ongoing success.

As Chief People Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation’s future. This leadership position reports directly to the Chief Executive and will have leadership responsibility for HR (people, talent and culture), IT and administrative systems to support the organisation’s continued global growth.

We’re seeking a strategic, empathetic and innovative business operations director, or an HR leader/director with a proven track record of delivery in a high growth and global operating environment, keen to develop wider portfolio experience. Ideally through your career to date you will have developed strong experience in talent acquisition, talent management, performance management and employee development and evidence of driving operational efficiency and improvement in business processes. You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels and ideally have administrative system integration experience with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.

This role offers an exceptional career opportunity with a competitive compensation and benefits package; the opportunity to shape the future of our organisation; a supportive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment and a chance to make a real impact on the lives and careers of our people.

For a confidential chat about this opportunity please contact Claire McKee (+44 78) or Emma Woods (+44 7874 395953) at Clarendon Executive, our recruitment partners for this assignment. Closing date for applications is 12 noon, Friday 29th March 2024. Application is by CV and supporting statement.

Diaceutics is an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
