Job description
In order to meet the overall mission of the Trust the post holder will: Support the Aseptic Services Manager and the Lead Pharmacy Technician in the provision of Aseptic Services throughout the Trust ensuring both professional and legal requirements are met. Manage the technical aspects of Aseptic Services provision through leading, directing and co-ordinating technical staff. Train and assess competency of technicians and support staff within the aseptic unit .

Must have worked as a qualified pharmacy technician for 5 years AND 2 years at Band 5 working in GMP environment (Aseptics, QA, production, radiopharmacy) , Attendance at the Leeds course on aseptic dispensing or an equivalent course or will be required to attend within 12 months of taking up this post
