Description
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Child Protection Conference Note Taker. In this role, you will provide support to our Child Protection team by accurately recording and documenting discussions and decisions during Child Protection Conferences. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be key in ensuring that accurate and comprehensive records are maintained.
Responsibilities
Attend Child Protection Conferences and take detailed notes of discussions and decisions.
Identify and record key points, concerns, and actions during the conference.
Ensure that all notes are accurate and reflect the discussions and decisions made.
Organize and maintain confidential records and files related to Child Protection Conferences.
Collaborate with the Child Protection team to clarify any ambiguities or gaps in the notes.
Prepare and distribute copies of Conference Notes to relevant parties in a timely manner.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times during Child Protection Conferences.
Requirements
Proven experience in taking accurate and detailed notes in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to effectively capture and convey information.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Child Protection policies, procedures, and legislation.
Familiarity with confidentiality and data protection regulations.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software for note-taking and documentation.
Hours Per week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.80
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
