A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a busy and evolving childcare legal team on a potentially long term locum basis.

This role will see the successful applicant manage a team of between 6 - 10 team members whilst also managing a reduced, personal caseload of childcare matters.

Duties will include:

• Work allocation, supervision and conduct of one to ones within the team
• Managing a personal caseload of child protection matters
• Conducting advocacy where possible
• Providing advice and support to the team where necessary

With management responsibility, this role is required to be conducted on a hybrid working basis with office attendance on either a weekly or fortnightly basis.
